Goinometer update from Instrument Systems

New version LGS 350

LGS350 Photogoniometer by Instrument SystemsThe LGS 350 Goniophotometer was updated and is immediately available. It features a 85% increased travel speed of the γ-axis to 34°/s.
The permissible top speed of 0.25 m/s pursuant to CIE S025 “Test Method for LED Lamps, LED Luminaires and LED Modules” is thus possible for a large number of LED sample sizes.
The customer can significantly increase throughput while maintaining a high standard of measurement precision.

more info on the LGS350 you will find here!

New Option for LGS 1000

Instrument Systems LGS1000 GoniophotometerA new option for the LGS 1000 Goniophotometer is immediately available. The LGS1000-580 burning position correction adapter and software makes the LGS 1000 fully compliant with the International Standard CIE S025 “Test Method for LED Lamps, LED Luminaires and LED Modules”.
This technique won the 2016 LEDs Magazine Sapphire Award in the category “Tools and Tests in SSL Design”.
This alternative to expensive rotating mirror goniophotometers allows easy and costefficient far-field measurements and is up-to-date exclusively provided by Instrument Systems.

Heatpoint
Keeping Your Nonlinear Crystals Warm, Safe and Efficient

We have designed Heatpoint – a compact oven for LBO, KTP, DKDP or other crystals at their optimal operation temperature and thermo-stabilization of the crystals. It is also useful for preventing moisture condensation on the faces of humidity sensitive crystals to extend their lifetime.

heatpoint crystal oven mountFeatures:
• Compact design
• Precise long term stability
• Designed to be used with common 1″ optics mounts
• Small thermocontroller on a wiring

Heatpoint comes in two sizes and can fit nonlinear crystals up to 6x6x30 mm. You can choose the required operation temperature of the oven and it will be preset in the factory. Operation temperature can be chosen in the range between 30 °C and 80 °C.

Benchtop Backreflection Meters

OZ Optics, has introduced a new line of bench-top test instruments. These instruments feature premium performance and features, making them ideal for component and device testing. Touch screen interfaces, built-in memory and USB 2.0 communication/controls give the user the functionality to streamline and automate the measurement process, while offering unprecedented accuracy.
Benchtop Backreflection Meters
Benchtop backreflection meters feature a broadband SLED source for greater stability and sensitivity as well as an optional second photodetector for insertion loss measurement. The backreflection meter is available not only for telecommunication wavelengths, but also for 1060nm, 830nm, and 650nm wavelengths, and works with singlemode, polarization maintaining and multimode fibers for these wavelengths. This makes it ideal for fiber lasers, sensors, and biomedical applications, such as Optical Coherent Tomography (OCT). This capability is unique to OZ Optics’ backreflection meters. With up to 75dB dynamic range and a broad list of features, the Backreflection Meter is a vital tool for optical return loss measurements of devices.
