Get accurate measurements with fast response times with our thermopile or pyroelectric power meters. Available with various absorbers, with the highest damage thresholds you can find in their category, our power meters cover a wide range going from the nanowatts to multi-kilowatts. The power meters can be connected with a computer via USB or Bluetooth. Our pyroelectric energy meters cover a very wide range, going from nanojoules to several tens of joules per pulse. They also come in various sizes, from 8 mm to 95 mm in diameter and most of them are available with an optional attenuator. The energy meters can be connected with a computer via USB/RS-232 (Integra) or Bluetooth (Available Fall 2017).
THz detectors are pyroelectric-based and can thus be used very easily, and at room temperature. You can choose either a standalone head with on-board electronics or go with our T-Rad meter and a separate sensor. OEM Detectors – Almost anything you see in our product line can be turned into an OEM unit! We also offer standard OEM products, at different levels of integration: from the simple thermopile disk to a complete head with internal PCB for signal anticipation and amplification. Special products like the Ultrafast Joulemeter and Position Sensing Detectors. The Ultrafast Joulemeter is the fastest energy meter on the market. It enables you to measure the pulse energy of every pulse up to 200 kHz. The QUAD-4Track is a Laser Position Sensing system. It is fast and can be used to track, align and/or measure laser beam movement in real time, with a resolution of just a few microns! The calibration of measurement equipment and therefore the traceability of measurement and test results to national standards is a basic requirement for every quality assurance system. We therefore provide calibration services for Gentec’s monitors and power and energy meters. Calibration service ensures traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the Physikalische Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) (Physical Technical Federal Institute). The processing time of a calibration typically lasts only 10 working days.
