Energetiq Technologies – Tunable laser driven lightsource Energetiq Technologies has introduced at the Photonics West show their brand new Laser Driven Tunable Light Source (LDTLS™) The Laser-Driven Tunable Light Source is a compact, fully integrated and highly stable tunable broadband light source that is based on our proven Laser-Driven Light Source (LDLS™) technology. The LDTLS™ utilizes our EQ-77 LDLS™ broadband source and features the highest brightness and output flux available in a tunable broadband light source. The spectral resolution can be customized for application specific purposes and ranges in bandwidth from 1nm to 10nm. The fiber coupled output is both flexible and convenient for delivering wavelength selected light precisely where it is needed. Find detailed information here download specsheet. or call Roland for more info. IR neutral Density Filters Andover Corporation manufactures among others Infrared Neutral Density Filters that provide uniform attenuation over a broad wavelength range. They are available in optical densities from 0.3 to 3.0. Constructed of hard, durable first-surface coatings on Germanium substrates, these filters will withstand normal cleaning and handling associated with any high-quality optical component. For your convenience and economy, we offer the filters in 25mm and 50mm diameter. However, we can produce custom sizes and shapes, as well as custom optical densities on select infrared substrates. Now available: Handbook of LED and SSL Metrology Authors: Dr. Günther Leschhorn, Dr. Richard Young Rapid developments in LEDs over the past decade have created a major growth market with completely new applications. These applications have placed increasingly stringent demands on the optical characterization of LEDs and Solid-State Lighting devices. Specific expertise is needed in order to achieve precise and reproducible results. »The “Handbook of LED and SSL Metrology” is a truly exciting work in that it crosses the need of a broad set of participants in the LED space. Newcomers to LED lighting can use the book to quickly develop a knowledge base while experienced industry participants will find ongoing value in the book as a constant technical reference on their bookshelf.« ─ Maury Wright, Editor-in-Chief, LEDs Magazine »In this extensively updated edition of the “Handbook of LED and SSL Metrology”, the authors stay abreast of changes due to the introduction of LEDs. They explain, in a coherent way, all one needs to know about metrology in general as well as the specifics of SSL metrology. In short, it is a book every lighting specialist dealing with measurement should have on his or her bookshelf.« ─ Arno Grabher-Meyer, Editor-in-Chief, LED Professional Magazine ISBN: 978-3-86460-644-1 (Hardcover, € 78,00) Available: | |||||||||||
