Precision CNC Polished Optical Lenses

EKSMA Optics CNC lens production facility allows us to offer high flexibility in manufacturing of small batches or even single spherical, aspherical and conical lenses at attractive prices. Our optical engineers can handle your request from specifying and designing using Zemax software to prototyping and volume production of custom lenses or optical systems for your particular application.

Spherical or aspherical surfaces of traditional optical materials like N-BK7 glass, Fused Silica or great variety of other glasses can be processed and polished to highest specification requirements. Precision lenses can be produced starting from 1/4 inch up to 4 inch in diameter.

Lenses can be provided with high LIDT coatings deposited at EKSMA Optics coating facility for applications with high power lasers. Anti-reflection coatings with R<0.05% for customer specified laser wavelength or broad band ranges can be applied on finished lenses using advanced Ion Beam Sputtering technology.
