Precision Fair 2018 updateOn 14 and 15 November 2018, the 18th edition of the successful Precision Fair takes place.
This event is free accessible and takes place at NH Conference Centre Koningshof, Veldhoven. What do we show on our booth
Looking forward to meet you at the precision fair!Enjoy reading,
The JenLas® fiber ns 25-105 laser product family opens up a wealth of possibilities for laser material processing applications: the pulsed nanosecond fiber lasers are suitable for labeling, marking, and cutting different materials, as well as for structuring your surface exactly. They create laser marks on metals or plastics, for example, while extremely thin layers can be removed precisely.
The lasers are specially designed for integration into industrial plant, but can also be operated separately as modules. They are controlled entirely by interface commands or TTL signals. In addition, mixed control methods are possible, significantly simplifying fast commissioning and integration into existing industrial plant. Power is supplied via the industry-standard 24V supply voltage. In addition, we can also provide directly adaptable collimator modules for different beam diameters, as well as a wide range of accessories for optical beam guidance systems in the form of variable beam expanders, F-theta lenses, telecentric lenses – through to entire optical subsystems for integration into machinery. We offer certified add-on modules that allow laser sources to be turned off safely in accordance with industry standards. Plus, we can assist you with integrating laser sources into your laser processing plant; we also undertake feasibility studies in our laser application lab. Benefits
Areas of application
More information can be find here. Danny our laser Safety officer can also consult you on selecting the best laser power measurement setup for your application.
Together with our partners , and we developed a ready to go Raman kit. We combine the knowledge of Raman spectrometers from Wasatch with the just released DPSS-XT or LDM-XT laser from LASOS and the Laser safety goggles from Laservision.
Need fast, sensitive Raman? Our line of high throughput modular Raman spectrometers deliver the best price to performance on the market, from the visible through NIR. Designed with our proprietary volume phase holographic grating in an f/1.3 bench, these spectrometers allow you to capture and keep more photons to achieve better SNR at the sample. This translates into lower limits of detection for applications like SERS, and enables higher data collection rates for kinetics monitoring and quality control on ultra-high speed production lines. We can configure a complete Raman spectroscopy solution perfectly tailored to your research or OEM application. today to get started, consult our Raman spectrometer configuration guide, or see how we can help you create a full system in our Raman spectroscopy brochure.
Photonics Industries International (PI) “The Pioneer of Intracavity Solid-State Harmonic lasers”
During the Precision Fair we will show you the compact All-in-One nanosecond laser of Photonics Industries. This laser is available in the green and UV, up to 400 kHz repetition rate and output powers up to 70W. Its All-in-One (AIO) compact, industry grade single box design with the smallest footprint and the lowest power consumption. The AIO single box design simplifies installation by removing the need to manage a separate controller/power supply box and umbilical cable — not only yielding space savings, but also better reliability. Visit our booth to learn more about the compact lasers.
NeoSpectra ™ sensors are compact and low cost Fourier Transform Near InfraRed (FT-NIR) spectral sensors. They deliver the spectral response of the light absorbed by materials for quantification, qualification or identification. NeoSpectra’s unique features bring a new perspective to optical spectroscopy. The sensors are constructed from low cost, robust, permanently aligned, and highly reproducible components. The core technology is based on semiconductor fabrication techniques promising unprecedented economies of scale. What’s inside
